We do the detective work.
You close the deals.
Sherllock finds homeowners shopping their coverage near renewal, then our US-based setters call, qualify, and book the quote appointment straight onto your agent's calendar. No shared lists. No cold form-fills. Just conversations that are ready to happen.
Most vendors stop at the lead. That's where the work actually starts.
A homeowner lead in your CRM isn't revenue. Someone still has to call it six times, catch them at the right moment, get past "I'm busy," and pin down a time. That chase is where agencies quietly lose money. Sherllock owns that step.
Renewal-timed demand
We reach homeowners 30–45 days before their policy renews — when they're actually willing to compare quotes — not random form-fills from six months ago.
US-based setters
Every lead is worked by a trained, US-based caller — not an overseas boiler room. They qualify against your rules, handle objections, and book the meeting.
Booked on your calendar
Appointments land directly in your agents' calendars with automatic reminders. No-shows and bad-fits get reworked or replaced — you don't pay for empty slots.
Four steps from "we should try leads" to a full calendar
Define your box
Your carriers and appetite, the states and ZIP codes you want, your ideal homeowner, and the rules for what counts as a real appointment.
We generate demand
Consented, multi-channel campaigns — search, social, and direct outreach — inside your locked territory, targeted to homes approaching renewal.
We qualify & book
Our setters call every lead in under 60 seconds, confirm the details, qualify, and book the quote appointment on your calendar. Prefer the raw lead? Take it by API instead.
You close
Your agent shows up to a warm, expecting homeowner. We handle reminders, reschedules, and replacing any no-show.
Exclusive homeowner insurance leads
Every lead is a real homeowner who raised their hand about coverage near renewal — delivered to one agency only, in your ZIP territory, enriched and ready to work.
- 100% exclusive. Sold to you and no one else, ever.
- Renewal-timed. Reached 30–45 days before their current policy renews.
- Enriched records. Name, address, phone, email, estimated home value, and renewal window.
- Territory locks. Claim ZIP codes or counties — competitors in your area can't buy them.
- Delivered your way. API / webhook, Zapier, direct-to-CRM, CSV, or the Sherllock portal.
- Replacement policy. Wrong number or clearly out-of-criteria? Credited, no questions.
Primary line: homeowners. Also available — bundled home + auto, dwelling / landlord (DP-3), and high-value homes.

Questions agencies ask first
Are the leads exclusive?
Yes. Every homeowner lead is sold to one agency — yours — and never resold or recycled. Territory is locked by ZIP code or county so a competitor down the road can't buy the same coverage area.
How are leads delivered?
In real time, typically within 60 seconds of capture. We push to your CRM directly, via webhook / API, through Zapier, as a CSV feed, or into the Sherllock portal — whatever fits your workflow.
What makes an appointment "billable"?
We only bill for appointments that meet the criteria you set with us: the homeowner / decision-maker was reached live, confirmed interest in a quote, fits your appetite and state, and is booked on the assigned agent's calendar. No-shows and misqualified appointments are reworked or replaced at no charge.
Is there a contract or minimum?
Month-to-month. There's a short onboarding to set territory, scripts and delivery, then you can pause or stop with 15 days' notice. Volume pricing kicks in automatically as you scale — no renegotiation.
How do you handle TCPA and Do-Not-Call compliance?
All traffic is opt-in with a retained consent record (timestamp, source URL, IP). Numbers are scrubbed against the National DNC Registry and known litigator lists before any outreach. We can share consent artifacts per lead on request.
Which states and lines do you cover?
Homeowners is the core line, available in most states. We also run bundled home + auto, dwelling / landlord (DP-3), and high-value homeowners. Tell us your footprint and we'll confirm availability and pricing for your ZIPs.
Do I have to use the appointment setting?
No. You can buy raw exclusive leads and work them yourself, use appointment setting on top, or run a dedicated setter seat. Most agencies start with leads + per-appointment and move to a dedicated setter once volume is steady.
When does the client portal launch?
Soon. For now, onboarding, delivery and reporting are handled directly with your account manager, and you can create a login today so you're ready when it goes live.
Ready to fill your calendar?
Tell us your carriers, your territory, and how many homeowner appointments a week your agents can handle. We'll build the plan around it.
